The staff at Midtown & Bar 115 brings together a unique blend of experiences to create a very special combination. The professional and culinary influences of the chef and managers are as diverse as the cuisine they serve.

Scott James, Executive Chef

Chef Scott JamesRaleigh's Metro Magazine named Scott as "Best New Chef" in 2004. Scott is driven by his love of food and unique preparation. Scott served as Sous Chef when 115 Midtowne opened in 2005 and is now Midtown's Executive Chef. Scott is instrumental in menu development, quality control, and food preparation. He manages a staff of ten chefs and is responsible for front-line customer relations and satisfaction.

 

Pete Petrilli, General Manager

Pete Petrilli General Manager Pete Petrilli comes to Midtown & Bar 115 most recently from Beverly Hills, California where he ran two of three locations for celebrity hot spot The Farm of Beverly Hills. Pete's career began back in the early 90's in his home state of Illinois where he ran a highly successful upscale Mexican concept in Naperville. Pete went on to open up his own restaurant, a country French concept, at Fox Bend golf course also in the Chicagoland area.

Following a brief hiatus from the restaurant industry and a move to southern California to escape the harsh winters of the Midwest, Pete was drawn back to his passion for the business of providing spectacular cuisine and superior service to the masses. With his family now on the East coast, Pete moved to Raleigh with hopes of sharing his passion for food and hospitality with the masses in what he believes might be, "The greatest city in the country." Pete invites you to introduce yourself during your next visit to Midtown & Bar 115. Carolina.
